A brief introduction to the TouchChat HD w/ WordPower augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) app, created for those wanting to learn more about AAC devices available through the Voice Options Program. The Voice Options Program provides no-cost AAC devices to Californians who have difficulty communicating verbal, funded through the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) through a partnership with the CA Department of Rehabilitation (DOR). North Star Speech and Language Pathology Center, Inc. is a Voice Options provider for all counties across the state except for Orange County.
