A social story is a visual that introduces new concepts through simple language and pictures. Dr. Katherine is a pediatric speech-language pathologist. She is the founder of North Star Speech and Language Pathology Center, Inc. in San Diego, CA. Her specialties are early intervention, autism, childhood apraxia of speech, AAC, and bilingualism. Dr. Katherine has a doctorate in speech-language pathology from Northwestern University and has over 15 years of experience working with children with speech and language disorders. Dr. Katherine provides in-clinic speech-language therapy and online/virtual speech-language therapy to anyone in California.
